A UFO investigator is
calling for anyone in the Bridlington area who believes they may have seen a
UFO, to appear in a new documentary.
Russ Kellett, of
Filey, is widely regarded as one of Britain’s foremost UFO investigators and
has appeared in both national and international media to talk about his
encounters of the third kind.
Russ said: “I want to speak to anyone who believes they’ve had a genuine encounter of the third kind.
“This part of England is a real hot spot for UFOs - I have seen things you wouldn’t believe and plenty of people from the Bridlington area have told me about their own sightings.
“A lot of people who come to me with their stories want to remain anonymous, and I can understand why.”
Over the years Russ and his colleagues has amassed a collection of what they believe is genuine proof that aliens have visited the Bridlington area.

Now Russ’ notoriety has prompted a film company to produce a documentary about his life as a UFO investigator, which will appear on Channel Four or Five.
The Brighton based company, Racked Entertainment, will follow Russ and his UFO-hunting friends for a week in an attempt to answer the question ‘are we alone in the universe?’
The production will see the film crew have unprecedented access to Russ’ life as one of the country’s best known UFO hunters.
Jody-Doherty-Cove of Racked Entertainment said: “We knew we wanted to do something about a people living extraordinary lives.
“We found Russ’ website and got in touch - we want the documentary to act as the audience’s proxy so they feel like they’re really living a week in the life of a professional UFO hunter.
“We can’t wait to come to Bridlington and talk to people about their experiences with UFOs.”
However this is not the first time Russ has been of interest to the media - in 2010 he was interviewed by ABC News about the Scarborough area being a new hot spot for UFO sightings.
Russ added: “It’s great that this phenomena is getting the attention it deserves - If anybody has seen anything or has had reports about UFO sightings then they should get in touch with me on 07799 879672”.
Filming of the documentary will begin on early October.
