Many Escanaba, Michigan residents awoke Monday to find themselves
without power after an explosion at a nearby utility plant substation. Around
1:30 a.m. Feb. 2, an explosion at a Power Plant caused widespread power outages
across the city, according to the Escanaba City Electric Department.
Some residents have stated the United States Government has taken a
bizarre interest in the city near the Canadian border. One of the witnesses
stated that an incredible beam of light "shot straight down from the
heavens".
The local media attempted to explain away the light as a beam from an oncoming train, most witnesses were not buying this explanation and they believe some type of cover up is in the works. Oddly, the fire produced by the explosion spontaneously extinguished.
Even though there were many witnesses that took multiple videos the
mainstream media has been oddly quiet about this catastrophe. Escanaba
is located in the Upper Peninsula.
