Almost all self motivational speakers will agree in something: the biggest obstacle that anybody have to reach any goal is inside ourselves: preconceptions, beliefs, self-limitations, laziness, etc. And exactly that is the only real obstacle between you and be able to witness by yourself the reality of Anomalies, possibly the biggest revelation in human History, nobody is stopping you from being aware of that reality, the perception level needed is inside everyone.
What is needed basically is just some binoculars, but even sometimes no even binoculars are needed because by naked eye you will be able to see their sparks/flarings in daylight, or at night their "power ups". Just persistence and "intention" are needed. The best time to observe these extraordinary manifestations is in daylight for obvious reasons: with light you will be able to see with plenty of details the structure details of these entities/unknowns, at night you will just see glowing lights.
By using a mirror and sending reflections to the sky you may accelerate the time that these Anomalies will appear in your area, but they are always up there, a clear sky will be better to spot them, their highly reflective or self luminous surfaces will reveal them by the sudden glints, sparks that they usually make. Some of these Anomalies may look balloonist at first to you, but after a while you will realize that balloons will not try to get closer to you with such regularity or in such great number, others will be very weird looking.
