Let’s look at some recent New York State UFO sightings:

26 July 2014: at about 3 a.m. a low altitude object emitting white light was spotted flying over a Staten Island NY resident’s house at extremely high speed. The observer reports that the extremely high speed light and left a streak for a few seconds.

26 July 2014: at about 3:15 a.m. a Whyndanch, NY resident observed an object flying in the sky at great speed. He describes it as a yellow, white and gray object seen over Long Island Farmingdale western skies seen from Whyndanch area. It appeared to have a trail.

26 July 2014: at about 9 p.m. a motorist of Islip, NY observed an oval shaped fireball object with no visible “tail” traveling eastbound over Islip. Looked like a plane on fire, then disappeared in about 1 minute. No bright flashes or blinking lights.

26 July 2014: at about 9:30 p.m. a couple of Middletown, NY residents witnessed a red – orange ball, they say it was a little smaller than the moon, moving horizontally across the sky at high speed.

26 July 2014: at about 9:30 p.m. a Northport, NY reported a red glowing sphere visible from Northport harbor in NE sky, moved steadily to the east and disappeared. He states, it wasn’t an airplane.

26 July 2014: at about 10:00 p.m. several Lake George, NY residents witnessed something that reassembled a string of Christmas lights.  The lights “twinkled brightly” and seemed to be moving at a high rate of speed and upward.

27 July 2014: at about 8:00 p.m. a Staten Island, NY resident observed an orange red fireball like object in the sky at twilight. He reports that it was flying faster than a conventional aircraft and was darting back and forth quickly.

28 July 2014: at about 9:45 p.m. a Brooklyn, NY resident saw a rapidly moving blue light over NYC. He states that the blue object resembled a DNA strand moving rapidly in a snake like  pattern. He says that it didn’t move like an typical aircraft, it appeared to be darting around like a house fly.
