In this clip from the talk Steven Greer gave in London in September 2015, he discusses what he describes as the "ultimate false flag", which was planned as far back as 1956 by the US Deep State: a fake Interstellar War, which would follow the War on Terrorism and False Flag events concerning incoming asteroids.

Greer begins by describing a July 1994 meeting he had in New York City with the Prince Hans-Adam von Liechtenstein, the head of state of that small but wealthy Principality. Prince Hans-Adam was involved in various initiatives at the UN and told Greer that in 1989, he had been present at a very secret and classified UN meeting with Mikhail Gorbachev and others to organize the announcement that "we're not alone" and to end UFO/ET secrecy. However, while UN Secretary Javier Perez de Cuellar was on his way to this meeting, he was "abducted" by "aliens". A well-known account of this event was the subject of the late Budd Hopkins' book, 'Witnessed'.

Traveling back to Earth, having just walked on the moon, Apollo 14astronaut Edgar Mitchell had an experience for which nothing in his life had prepared him. As he approached the planet we know as home, he was filled with an inner conviction as certain as any mathematical equation he'd ever solved. He knew that the beautiful blue world to which he was returning is part of a living system, harmonious and whole—and that we all participate, as he expressed it later, "in a universe of consciousness."

Trained as an engineer and scientist, Captain Mitchell was most comfortable in the world of rationality and physical precision. Yet the understanding that came to him as he journeyed back from space felt just as trustworthy—it represented another way of knowing.

This experience radically altered his worldview: Despite science's superb technological achievements, he realized that we had barely begun to probe the deepest mystery of the universe—the fact of consciousness itself. He became convinced that the uncharted territory of the human mind was the next frontier to explore, and that it contained possibilities we had hardly begun to imagine. Within two years of his expedition, Edgar Mitchell founded the Institute of Noetic Sciences in 1973.

Since it's founding, Dr. Mitchell actively served on the board of directors of the Institute. He is the author of The Way of the Explorer: An Apollo Astronaut's Journey Through the Material and Mystical Worlds and Psychic Exploration: A Challenge for Science, Understanding the Nature and Power of Consciousness.

I invited him (Edgar Mitchell)  to the original Project Starlight gathering of UFO military and government witnesses in 1995 at Asilomar , Monterrey CA. I remember him asking me, " My God Steve, do you know what you are taking on? " And I said yes, I'm afraid I do. and he replied, " Well, we have to just go forward, put one foot in front of the next, and never look back..." And so we have.

Later I brought him to the briefings for members of Congress, White House officials and others in 1997 in Washington DC. There he heard more top-secret testimony that UFOs were in fact real, and the secrecy was extreme. The day after, I invited him to join me at the Pentagon.

I had been asked to brief J2- the Director of Intelligence of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Admiral Tom Wilson. From these and other meetings he learned that the compartments running ET and UFO projects were indeed Unacknowledged - rogue, illegal- lying even to this Admiral and the President . For it was made clear during this meeting that even the Admiral was pointedly blocked from accessing UFO - related operations. This was a turning point in Dr. Mitchell's understanding.

Subsequently, he courageously spoke out for the Disclosure of the truth. He stood with us until the end. 

May he go into the worlds of light in peace and love and joy. Now the great space explorer who walked the moon will explore the infinite realms beyond space and time.

Apollo 14 astronaut Edgar Mitchell has died at the age of 85 after a months-long illness, according to reports that emerged on the 45th anniversary of his first moonwalk.

Members of Mitchell’s family spread the word today in obituaries published by news outlets in Palm Beach, Fla., where the former astronaut lived. The Palm Beach Postquoted his daughter, Kimberly Mitchell, as saying he died at a local hospice at about 10 p.m. ET Thursday.

“As a member of the Apollo 14 crew, Edgar is one of only 12 men to walk on the moon, and he helped to change how we view our place in the universe,” NASA Administrator Charles Bolden said in a statement.

Edgar Mitchell took part in the first lunar mission to follow 1970’s nearly disastrous flight of Apollo 13, and became the sixth human to set foot on the moon.

We brought back the first real samples from the moon.

Mitchell and Apollo 14 commander Alan Shepard landed on the lunar surface on Feb. 5, 1971, and conducted two moonwalks. “Our task was to start to do the science,” he told me in a 2014 interview. “And we did that. We did it well. We brought back the first real samples from the moon.”

The experience was life-changing for Mitchell. While he was on the moon, he felt an ecstatic sense of oneness with the universe. “What the heck is happening to me?” he recalled asking himself. After leaving NASA in 1972, he founded the Institute of Noetic Sciences and devoted himself to the study of consciousness.

Mitchell also delved into the issues surrounding extrasensory perception and UFO sightings, including the 1947 Roswell incident in New Mexico. Based on his discussions with witnesses and their associates, he came to believe there was “adequate proof that the Roswell incident was a real thing.”

In 2011, Mitchell was caught up in a controversy over a 16mm camera that he kept for decades after its use on the moon. After initially making plans to sell the camera in an auction, he agreed to hand it over to the Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum. Since then, a law was enacted to grant Mercury, Gemini and Apollo astronauts full ownership rights to the artifacts they saved as souvenirs.

Mitchell was born in Texas and received his Ph.D. in aeronautics and astronautics from MIT. He was a Navy pilot during the 1950s, and served in the Navy Field Office for Manned Orbital Laboratory in the early 1960s. In 1966, he was selected for astronaut training. Apollo 14 was his only spaceflight.

In addition to founding the Institute of Noetic Sciences, Mitchell was a co-founder of the Association of Space Explorers. He was the fifth of the 12 Apollo moonwalkers to pass away. The others are Apollo 11’s Neil Armstrong, Apollo 12’s Pete Conrad, Apollo 14’s Alan Shepard and Apollo 15’s James Irwin.

Mitchell was married and divorced three times. He is survived by five children, nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild, according to TCPalm.com. Funeral arrangements are pending.

Today is the 45th anniversary of the Apollo 14 landing on the moon. And yesterday we lost the last living member of that crew – Edgar Mitchell. I first met Ed when I was at MIT as he was studying there at the same time. Ed was certainly involved in advanced mental sensory perceptions aka mind reading. Not my bailiwick but I respected him for his persistence and dedication to studying the unknown. I'm sorry to lose another of our Apollo Lunar Pioneers. RIP Ed.

0.07 - Ya hemos visto anomalías que forman dígitos primos. Nosotros hemos visto el 30/3/14 a dos anomalías transformándose en los números "3" y "5"respectivamente. El 23/5/15 yo grabé una anomalía cambiando del dígito "3" al dígito" 5 " en repetidas ocasiones.

Yo también he registrado anomalías que forman cifras por sí solas del número "3" o el número "5" en varias oportunidades.

Es un hecho recurrente que definitivamente se correlaciona con las señales que se envían a las anomalías.

0.27 – Luego el 22/10/15 a las 6:23 pm detecté una anomalía en forma de "globo" con una extraña "atadura". Examinando aún más las  secuencias fotograma por fotograma del material se puede observar que esta atadura se fue transformando en dígitos primos; los números "5" y "7" eran claramente visibles, y también el número "3”. Como casi siempre ocurre esta anomalía fue vista con el infrarrojo y la misma no es visible a simple vista. Presentaré los primeros fotogramas donde los números primos se ven claramente. A continuación voy a presentar las imágenes sin editar las cuales se pueden descargar y ser vistas por Uds. mismos fotograma por fotograma y así verificar este hecho asombroso.

0.07 - We already had seen anomalies forming prime digits, we had seen two anomalies morphing into digits "3" and "5" respectively on 03/30/14, the on 05/23/15 I recorded one anomaly morphing from digit "3" to digit "5" several times.

I had also recorded anomalies forming alone digits "3" or digit "5" several times.

It is a recurrent occurrence that definitely is correlated to the signals that are sent to anomalies.

0.27 - Then on 10/22/15 at 6:23pm EST. I spotted a "balloon" shaped anomaly with a strange "tether", further examining the footage frame by frame it can be seen that this tether was morphing into prime digits, digits "5" and "7" are clearly visible, digit "3" too.

As almost always this anomaly was spotted in infrared not visible to the naked eye, I will present first frames where the prime digits are clearly visible, then I will present the raw footage that you can download and see by yourself frame by frame and verify this amazing fact.

1.29 - Anomalies can be considered as "messages" in themselves, the evidence for that is really very strong, the search for intelligence elsewhere needs to be done with an open mind, expecting that intelligences different from us will use our own means of communication as radio waves only is a very narrow approach and a "human" centric approach.

0.07 –  Já vimos anomalias a formar números primos, constatamos respectivamente, anomalias a formar os algarismos “3” e “5” em 03/30/14. Em 03/23/15 filmei uma anomalia a metamorfosear-se, várias vezes, do allgarismo “3” para o “5”.

Também filmei várias vezes anomalias a formar o algarismo “3” ou o algarismos ”5”.

0.27 – Em 10/22/15, às 6:23 pm EST = 18:23 EST. Localizei uma anomalia em forma de “balão” com um ‘cordel’ estranho. Mais ainda, ao examinar a filmagem, quadro a quadro, pode ver-se este cordel a transformar-se em números primos. Vêem-se nitidamente os algarismos “5” e “7” e também o algarsimo “3”.

Como habitualmente, esta anomalia foi localizada por infra vermelhos pois não era visível a olho nu. Apresentarei os primeiros quadros onde são visíveis nitidamente, os números primos, depois apresentarei a filmagem em cru que podem descarregar e ver por si próprios, quadro a quadro e verificasr este facto espantoso.

1.29 – As anomalias podem ser consideradas como “mensagens”. A evidência disso é realmente muito forte. A pesquisa de inteligência noutros lugares necessita ser feita com uma mente aberta. Esperar que inteligência diferentes da nossa usem apenas os nossos meios de comunicação tais como ondas de rádio, é uma aproximação muito estreita/tacanha e uma aproximação “humana” centrada.

0.07 - Realitatea anomaliilor se afla dincolo de orice îndoiala, cel putin, pentru persoanele care le observa în mod regulat, în întreaga lume, si acest numar se mareste în mod constant. Divulgarea crescînda a acestei realitati pentru populatie
în general, este de fapt, imparabila. Acum, în afara de "simpla" recunoastere a acestei realitati, am trimis semnale directe coerente catre anomalii, urmînd întotdeauna secventa de numere prime.

0.27 - Repetitiile regulate, sunt o tehnica de învatamînt foarte cunoscuta si eficienta, noi toti învatam primele cuvinte, folosind aceasta tehnica. Metodele pentru a trimite semnale regulate anomaliilor, au fost urmatoarele:

1 - Reflexe de oglinzi: folosind o oglinda pentru a trimite semnale directe anomaliilor.

2 - Unde scurte de radio: Folosind undele scurte de radio prin secventele de numere prime.

3 - Folosind placi mari pentru reprezentarea cifrelor.

0.57 - O oglinda simpla pentru a trimite semnale directe anomaliilor.

1.07 - Folosind o farfurie de antena pentru a trimite cadentele de numere prime, prin undele scurte de radio, într-o frecventa de 2.5 ghz.

1.17 - Folosind o placa mare care poate fi vazuta de "sus" reprezentînd cifrele 3 si 5.

1.27 - Acum întrebarea naturala este: Anomaliile "au raspuns" în "concordanta" cu semnalele trimise?

Si raspunsul este inchestionabil, DA, la multe nivele. 3.21 - Aceasta este aceeasi anomalie, cîteva minute înainte de a se metamorfoza în cifre.

3.54 - Anomalie polimorfa, si cifra "3" în 23/5/2015.

4.32 - În acest canal, exista alte exemple de anomalii formînd numere prime.

Asa cum "validarea" realitatii anomaliilor este facuta de observatia ta directa, folosind echipamentul optic de ampliere ÎNALTA, validarea acestor rezultate, trebuie sa fie facuta încercînd sa se duplice rezultate ca acestea, în care anomaliile "raspund" în mod relationat cu semnalele directe care le sunt trimise.
