Have extraterrestrial beings made contact with humans?

Answer: If you believe in alien abduction as a real event, the answer is yes. Many humans have claimed that not only have they made contact with extraterrestrials, but been taken against their will by visitors from another world. Most of this contact has been of a malevolent nature, with medical tests being done, some of

which are degrading experiences for the abductee.

There are others who claim they have made contact with extraterrestrials also. Some individuals who have seen a UFO have been contacted, sometimes in a physical sense, and others by mental telepathy. Also, some claim to be able to contact alien intelligence by channeling, or through the thoughts of their mind.

Question: When Did UFO Reports Begin?

Many think that UFOs have only been reported since 1947, is this true?

Answer: Although the so called "modern era" of Ufology began with the Kenneth Arnold sighting in 1947, UFO reports go back to ancient times. Even cave drawings, sculptures, paintings, and folklore of yesteryear show an influence of flying machines on mankind.

Also, in the United States, there was an early wave of sightings near the end of the 19th century. There still exists today newspaper and book accounts of UFO reports from that era.

What is a UFO? Here are some basic facts you should know

Answer: A UFO is technically an "unidentified flying object," nothing more nor less.

Any object that flies and cannot initially be identified as an airplane, helicopter, blimp, balloon, kite, or any other object that normally flies, is a UFO. Many flying objects that are listed as a UFO can later be identified as an object made on Earth, then they can be called an "IFO," or identified flying object.

You will find below an interview I did for a school project on UFOs. I thought our readers might find it interesting, as it reveals some of the reasons why I believe as I do about UFOs. Some of the questions are the same ones I receive on a regular basis.

Question: Can you first tell us a little about yourself?

I am a sixty-year-old man who has studied the mystery of UFOs and aliens for over 4 decades. I became interested as a teenager when I was exposed to many of the 1950's science fiction movies about flying saucers. I have written numerous Ebooks on the subject, and over 300 articles which have been published on the Net. I have made contributions to many books on UFOs, including comments, photographs, and 3-D graphics. I have done numerous radio shows, and made several television appearances on various UFO cases.

Question: Do you believe in aliens?

Yes, I do, but let me qualify that statement. There are many reports, photographs, and video footage of aliens that are hoaxed. There is always a faction of people who seek attention, and / or financial gain by creating or embellishing accounts of UFOs and beings from other worlds. We have to carefully analyze the evidence, and study a specific case before rendering a conclusion. Each case must be assessed on its own merits, and not compared to other cases until all the evidence is examined.

Question: If so, why do you believe in them?

There are about 50 well documented cases of alien abduction, and also alien contact cases which have been reported by sane, responsible individuals. Some of these are multiple witness cases. Many of those who have reported these events continue to promote their story as legitimate for decades after the event, and the cases have never been debunked.

Question: Were you always sure they existed, or have you had some doubts?
